What we sell is Service. Contact lenses are just product that we deliver. You may contact our live customer service support by email or phone +6014 3542300 from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm to address your needs.

Types Of Information We Collect

We care about your satisfaction. That's why returns to LENSESFIT are fast & easy! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to LENSESFIT within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusion below:

1. Eligibility Conditions

Please read all the conditions below, if any conditions are not met, LENSESFIT reserves the right to refuse the return or excahnge.

  • All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box.

  • Wrong product(s) purchased (example: accidently click wrong power, wrong color and etc.) are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable

  • Claims for missing items or items damaged during delivery must be received within 2 business days after items delivered.

  • LENSESFIT can only refund the original purchase price.

  • Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

  • All returned items must be same as delivered/purchased items including Brand, Power, Batch number, expiry date, BC, Dia, color and etc.

  • All Toric and Multifocal orders are non-returnable or refundable. This is because Toric and Multifocal lenses are customized to your needs. Order require 10-14 business days to process.


2. Non-returnable Items

  • Opened box, damaged box

  • All returned items that are different from initial delivered/purchased items including but not limited to Brand, Power, Batch Number, Expiry Date, BC, DIA, Color and etc.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same purchased item. Defective items subject to condition by contacting us.

4. Return or Exchanges

Please allow 7 business days for mail-in / contacting us for return or exchanges to be processed.

5. Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 7 business days for credits to appear in your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
